What will you tell a person who asks "How can I browse and transfer pictures from my mobile phone into the digital picture frame in my home?" The answer you may be able to give is "Use your TV remote to; brows devices and find your mobile device, select which picture you want, find your digital picture frame device, and drag the photo!" This might sound like fantasy land but you can actually do this if all the devices have digital living network alliance (DLNA) capability.

DLNA is an application layer protocol that allows for the selection, processing, and transfer of media items in the home. What makes DLNA so amazing is that it simplifies many connection steps and media processes for the user. There are many types of connections, media formats, and control options available to a user and DLNA standardize how they interact with each other in the home.
